Property Sales.

The purchaser and the seller pay a 2% commission of the sale price, plus 16% value added tax.

Property Rental.

For Six Months or more - A one month rental fee is charged.

One to five months - 10% of the total rent during the rental period is charged.

When you have decided on the property of your choice, you are required to sign a contract.
